Service Description

Untangled Anxiety is an open psychoeducational group designed to help participants better understand anxiety and develop practical, evidence-informed strategies for managing it. Each session focuses on a specific topic, so participants may attend the sessions that are most relevant or useful to them. There is no requirement to attend every session. **Before attending:** All participants must complete the required informed consent and registration materials prior to joining their first group session. Participants who have not completed the required documentation will not be admitted to the session. Session-specific educational materials and resources will be provided for each meeting. Because this is an interactive psychoeducational group, participants are encouraged to join from a private location where they can participate comfortably and maintain the confidentiality of other group members. **Session Fee:** $45 per session **Time:** 7:00–9:00 PM **Location:** Online via Google Meet Please note that this group provides psychoeducation and skills development and is not intended to replace individual psychotherapy, crisis services, or individualized clinical treatment.
