TRAUMA INTENSIVE
A Three-Day, Evidence-Based Trauma Reset for Those Ready to Move Forward
Trauma doesn’t resolve by talking about it week after week.
Healing requires focused work, measurable change, and a clinician who knows exactly how to guide the process.
The Untangled Mind Trauma Intensive is a three-day, research-based treatment model designed for individuals who want significant progress in a short, structured timeframe.
This program is built for people who are tired of feeling stuck, tired of managing symptoms, and ready to finally process what happened with clarity, stability, and direction. This is not crisis care, emotional venting, or processing without structure. It is a targeted, high-touch, high-precision trauma intervention delivered by a specialist.

Who This Intensive Is For
You may be a good fit if:
-
You’ve been through trauma and feel “stuck” in cycles of avoidance, anxiety, or hypervigilance
-
You’ve tried traditional weekly therapy and didn’t see lasting change
-
You want a structured, data-driven approach rather than open-ended talk therapy
-
You’re ready to engage fully, practice skills, and complete the trauma processing work
-
You prefer direct, goal-oriented therapy with clear next steps
-
You want high-quality care delivered in a focused timeframe
This intensive is not appropriate for individuals currently in crisis, actively suicidal, experiencing untreated addictions, or those without stable support between sessions. All participants must complete a clinical screening before approval.

What Makes This Program Different
Traditional therapy spreads trauma work over months, sometimes years, causing the nervous system to repeatedly activate and deactivate without resolving anything. This program uses:
• Exposure-based trauma processing
• EMDR-informed bilateral stimulation
• Somatic grounding and regulation training
• Cognitive restructuring and meaning consolidation
• Identity reintegration through the Post-Impact Survivor Statement
• A complete data-driven assessment battery before and after treatment
You receive the same quality of care often reserved for large specialty centers, but delivered privately, one-on-one, and tailored to your story.

Why Trauma Intensives Work (The Research)
Evidence shows that trauma processed in structured, consecutive sessions produces:
-
faster symptom reduction
-
stronger nervous system stabilization
-
lower avoidance
-
higher cognitive flexibility
-
greater post-traumatic growth
Research supports intensive trauma therapy across:
-
EMDR Intensives
-
Prolonged Exposure (PE)
-
CPT/CBT-based intensives
-
Hybrid intensive modalities
Across studies, 3–5 consecutive days of treatment can produce the same or better outcomes than 3–6 months of weekly therapy. Intensives are not about speed; they are about continuity, reduced fragmentation, and maintaining therapeutic momentum.
Investment
