Structured Trauma & Anxiety Care – Fees & Pricing
Individual therapy with Piper Harris, LPC (in-person in Georgia/East Cobb or online)

Initial Intake Private Pay: $350
(Covers comprehensive initial assessments, workbook, and reassessments for 90 days) -
38–45 minute session: $175

46–55 minute session: $185

Extended Sessions available
Trauma Intensives and Anxiety Groups are priced separately and discussed during consultation.
Fees & Payment Options
This is primarily a private-pay practice. This structure allows me to offer a much more comprehensive model than most therapists, including extensive assessments, workbooks, monthly reassessments, and extra resources.
Limited Insurance Spots Available
I accept a small number of clients through Headway. These clients pay only their copay/deductible, but receive a more limited version of the full pathway (workbook and reassessments are optional self-pay add-ons).
Pathway Materials & Services
Please note that certain components of the Untangled Mind Pathway, including the required workbook and full monthly reassessments, are not covered by insurance.

Private-pay clients receive the workbook and monthly reassessments as part of their standard fees.

Headway/insurance clients will purchase a workbook; however, other items are optional self-pay add-ons through Untangled Mind, LLC.

I intentionally keep my caseload low so I can give each client deeper attention and the full set of tools that drive better outcomes. Most clients find the extra structure, resources, and measurable progress make the investment worthwhile compared to traditional therapy.
