Untangled Reset is a 6-week, whole-health challenge designed for people who are mentally exhausted, emotionally stuck, or physically burned out — and want to take back control without falling into another all-or-nothing cycle.

I’m a therapist — but this group isn’t therapy.

I bring a distinct perspective. I’ve walked this path myself — through emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, and an original 100-pound weight loss. Before becoming a mental health therapist, I was a personal trainer, fitness studio owner, and behavioral nutritionist. That experience shaped everything I teach now.
Untangled Reset blends brain science, CBT, movement, and behavior change into something practical — something you can actually live out. You won’t be doing this alone. I’ll be leading you through it, step by step.
