A "super bill" will be provided to the client monthly to seek reimbursement from their insurer.

Single BASIS-A (90 minutes): $200
Initial Intake: $200
Hourly Counseling: $150

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. However, we do not file insurance but will provide you a superbill each month that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We also accept any flexible spending dollars (FSA/HSA) that are available through a Visa or MasterCard credit card.
All payments are made by credit or debit card; no cash or checks are accepted.
