We specialize in the principles of Adlerian Psychology, BASIS A inventory, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  Our experts, Piper Harris and Dr. Susan Belangee bring years of experience in counseling and consulting services to provide you with a holistic approach to individual and organizational mental health.

Piper Harris, the founder of Untangled Mind, has been immersed in the field of psychology and counseling since 1997.  With expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, Piper has a proven track record working in mental institutions, group homes, and psychiatric units.  Piper currently counsels individuals focusing on anxiety, trauma, and grief.  She has also played pivotal roles in nonprofit organizations, launching national programs and spearheading behavioral, nutritional, and physical health programs.

Dr. Susan Belangee, the Executive Director of the North American Adlerian Society, is widely recognized for her expertise in Adlerian theory.  With over 20 years of experience in counseling and consulting, Dr. Belangee brings a unique perspective to the Dynamic Mind Approach.  She has taught internationally and is finalizing her publication in the fourth edition of Psychopathology and Psychotherapy DSM-5 Diagnosis Case Conceptualization and Treatment.

Our Lunch & Learn Series offers a flexible learning experience that can be tailored to your company's specific needs and goals.  You provide the lunch; we provide the learn!

We will come to your workplace and provide a lunchtime session (and other time that fits your schedule) where your team can learn effective stress reduction techniques, anxiety management strategies, and essential coping skills.  By participating in these sessions, your employees will gain valuable tools to enhance their overall well-being and heighten workplace productivity.
