The primary goal of this class is to provide Crunch Fitness members with practical tools and techniques rooted in my proprietary approach to counseling. This includes:

Understanding Vagal Activation: Teaching members how to harness the power of their vagus nerve to manage stress and enhance overall well-being.

Using CBT for Enhanced Motivation: Demonstrating the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to overcome mental barriers and sustain motivation.

Adherence to Fitness Goals: Offering strategies to maintain consistency and dedication to their fitness journey.
